Do I need experience
No - we handle all of the tech and we train you on the Assist Marketing portal so that you can demonstrate it to prospects
Do I need sales experience?
You don’t need pro sales experience, but you must be comfortable speaking to business owners and following scripts. We filter for people who will do calls and follow a weekly routine.
What is included in training?
Training covers Merlin reports, outreach scripts, onboarding clients, the delivery scope HQ handles, reporting and compliance. Training is required before trading.
How does territory reservation work?
A £695 + VAT reservation fee holds the area for 4 weeks while you complete paperwork. Extension option available for £395 + VAT under strict conditions.
What happens after 4 weeks?
If you haven’t completed training and payment obligations, the reservation may lapse. Extensions are available under set terms.
How do payments work?
The franchise fee (£9,995 + VAT) less the reservation fee can be paid in full or split across four monthly instalments (£2,325 + VAT). Training commencement and payment plan standing order are required for trading and exclusivity.
What does Assist HQ do vs franchisee?
Franchisee: local outreach, discovery, sales and account growth. Assist HQ: Merlin opportunity engine, monthly business workshops, onboarding, systems, product delivery within defined scope, reporting and backend support.
How is exclusivity granted?
Exclusivity is granted once training is complete, the payment has been made and minimum activity/KPI thresholds are met.
What support do I get?
Onboarding, training, playbooks, Merlin access, Monthly client business workshops, weekly action plan to start, weekly / monthly check-ins and Assist HQ-managed delivery for client packages as per defined scope.
Can I run this part-time?
Part-time applicants may apply, but you must be realistic about outreach volume and activity required to meet KPIs. We prioritise candidates who can commit to the expected weekly routine.
